GOP and Bush ad about Jesus and his philosophy

This is a look at what a GOP/Bush campaign ad would be like, if the Prince of Peace were alive and here on earth. After-all, we know how liberal, non-violent hippies who want to help the down-trodden, advocate for peace, tolerance, and base their ethics on helping those around them and acting towards others like you would want others to act towards you...are treated by the GOP.

Many thanks to fellow blogger's who answered my plea for help in creating the voice-overs, in particular feadhel over at Democratic Musicians of America, and Randy (aka rlburnett) over on the Al Franken blog who took the effort to record it and sending me the raw .mp3 audio files. A tip-of-the-hat to Gary Numan (of "Cars" fame) and Michael R. Smith for the music snippet I borrowed (from their album "Human").

This animation is based on the brilliant satirical piece from Mad Magazine (when did they get funny and relevant again? I mean really, how many times do we need to read the "lighter side of hippies"...? ) in their static "story-board" original version.
